I first joined the Farrell's family in March 2017 when I knew I really needed to make a re-commitment to my health. Even though I did okay with a generic gym membership and running, I eventually became bored of the same old routine on a treadmill or elliptical machine. I soon found myself struggling to summon motivation to go to the gym, and the happy hours and bad eating habits started to add up. When my mom told me about the Farrell's community and the amazing experience she had during her 10-week challenge, I decided to try the program out for myself!

Everything clicked on my first day at a friends and family class. With a taekwondo background, I became absolutely addicted to kickboxing; not only is it a perfect cardio workout thats different every time, I find it to be total stress reliever that helps me endure those crazy days. I have come to find strength classes to be a complete game-changer and an essential part of my fitness journey I love seeing and feeling the results from lifting heavier and getting stronger. To top it all off, the Farrell's program offers a strong, supportive community that always has your back; suddenly I had so many friendships and connections I never would have gained without Farrell's. Looking back on it, I don't think I knew how much I really needed the community at Farrell's - because now I quite literally miss it if Im gone.

As an instructor of kickboxing and strength classes, I have the incredible privilege of motivating and inspiring Farrell's members to live their lives at level 10 and achieve their fitness goals. In reality, working out doesn't have to consist of the same old treadmill workout day after day it can be so much more fun, motivating and rewarding!
