I initially joined the Farrell's team for the energy and connection that group fitness magically creates. There's something about being in a gang that sweats and pushes each other to be stronger. I frequently say "misery loves company" and I mean it in the most bada$$ way. My goal is to get participants to fatigue and usually that means misery. Fatigue is not failure. Fatigue should not be feared. Fatigue is temporary and will make you stronger. Getting to fatigue is easy. The challenge is to do it in a way that inspires and makes you feel better about yourself.

I aim to make exercise fun and communal while setting you up to succeed in reaching your fitness goals. You do not have to be miserable to succeed, well maybe just for a bit but if you're demented like me, you will enjoy getting to that phase or at the very least realize it is worth it. Since I started, on October 30, 2020, the Farrell's community has shown me that dedication, fight and effort is never lost on a zoom. This year has been full of uncertainty and feelings of powerlessness. I am grateful to be a part of this FitFam community that empowers people to take control of their actions; realizing little actions add up to dramatic differences.
